The food was varied and delicious throughout my stay.
Upon arrival, we faced a frustrating situation at the reception. The cleaning services were also disappointing, with towels provided that had stains, which made me question the overall hygiene.

the hotel has a lovely location and the food was quite nice, but honestly, i was appalled by the rude reception staff. also, the cleaning was a mere joke. come on, i expected at least a complimentary welcome gift for putting up with this mess! absoluteley disappointing. i really wanted to give a glowing review but just couldn’t.

Delicious cuisine and helpful staff
My stay was enjoyable, primarily because the food was diverse and varied throughout the week, with different themed meals adding excitement to each dining experience. The attentive bar staff, always ready to suggest drinks, made meals even more pleasant. Direct beach access was a lovely perk, making it easy to soak up the sun anytime. it would have been better if the Wi-Fi connection had been more reliable, as it required a cumbersome login process.

The food stood out throughout our nine-night stay, with a diverse menu offering something new every day. The bar staff were exceptional, always welcoming and eager to recommend drinks or join in conversations. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and local attractions. missingWrote a review on 18 Julbeach accesson-site conveniencemeal varietylimited activities
Location close to Cleopatra beach offers easy access to sun and sand. Daily meal services provide a variety of options, catering to diverse tastes. A convenience store on-site allows for easy purchasing of necessities.
The compact size of the hotel limits activities. there isn't much to do beyond poolside lounging. Cleanliness falls short, with reports of room upkeep lacking daily attention, like fresh towels or thorough cleaning. WIFI access required cumbersome procedures with passport info, making connectivity a hassle during the stay.

I appreciated the fantastic location, only minutes from the beach and surrounded by shops. The hotel had a variety of entertaining activities for children that kept them engaged during our stay.
The sleep quality was affected due to the room having two single beds instead of a double.
